All bookings for GlamVan are managed exclusively through Airbnb. When you click Book Now, you’ll be redirected to Airbnb to complete your reservation securely. Airbnb’s booking system handles all payments, deposits, and guest verifications. Please note that Airbnb may apply a service fee at checkout.

Cancellations, changes to your booking and refund eligibility are governed by the Airbnb cancellation policy listed on our Airbnb page at the time of booking.
Please review that policy carefully before confirming your stay.

Check-in and check-out times are as shown on our Airbnb listing. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability.

The GlamVan accommodates a maximum of two adults. Unfortunately, we cannot host additional guests or pets due to the off-grid setup, nearby working farms and local wildlife.

For your safety and in accordance with regional fire regulations, the firepit is unavailable during the Fire Danger Period. Please check with the Host for the exact Fire Danger Period.

At all other times, fires are permitted only when conditions are safe. Guests are responsible for ensuring fires are attended at all times and fully extinguished before leaving or going to bed. Water buckets are provided for this purpose.

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property, caravan and facilities with care and respect.

• Report any damage or issues as soon as possible.

• Refrain from loud noise, parties or disruptive behaviour that may impact the surrounding area or wildlife.

Any damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges as per Airbnb’s policies.

While every effort has been made to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, guests stay at their own risk. The host accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury incurred during your stay.

Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance in place.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with Airbnb’s privacy and data protection policies. Any direct communication with the host outside of Airbnb (such as email enquiries) will be kept private and used only for the purpose of your stay.
