Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to your booking with GlamVan Camping and apply to bookings made directly via the GlamVan website and payments via payment gateway system. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.

  • We have a minimum 2-night stay. If your itinerary only allows for 1 night please get in touch as we may be able to accommodate you. Longer minimum stays may apply to the Christmas/New Year period and other public holiday long weekends. We always try to be flexible, so if your preferred night/s is unavailable, please contact us.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
  • All quotes are valid for 24hrs only. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of reservation.
  • All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of Valid Credit Card details.
  • This credit card must be valid for the entire length of your stay.
  • By providing valid credit card details, you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise GlamVan Camping (TAYSHE Pty Ltd) to charge the cost of your booking or any penalties committed as detailed below.
  • Payment in full at time of booking.
  • All bookings will be confirmed by email.
  • Bookings via third-party agents, such as Airbnb and Hipcamp, may incur a service fee that is not collected by GlamVan.
  • Check-in time is from 2:00 pm (AEST)
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am (AEST)
  • A late check-out of up to 12.00 pm (AEST) is at the discretion of GlamVan Camping and must be requested and confirmed 24 hours before check-out. We are happy to accommodate this request whenever we can, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
  • This is a self check-in site with keys provided via lockbox. Access details to the lockbox and full directions to the location will be provided prior to check-in.
  • If you would like to be greeted on your arrival and shown how everything works we would be more than happy to meet you. Please confirm this request at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
We know that life can throw us unplanned events and you may need to cancel your accommodation. Below is our cancellation fees which apply to any booking that has not been rescheduled to another date. We want you to enjoy a stay with us and will work with you as best as we can to resolve any issues.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking at any time for any reason, including without limitation, if you book at an incorrect or out-dated price, your booking is not made for the minimum required period or the accommodation is unavailable.

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.

If you have booked via third-party booking agencies such as Airbnb and Hipcamp, please refer to the cancellation policies set via these sites.

As the accommodation lies on a working farm there may be restrictions during the time of your stay. Please contact us to confirm if there are any restrictions during your stay.

No animals unless otherwise arranged.

No smoking in the caravan.

No additional accommodation (i.e. tents etc.) unless otherwise arranged.

No late-night parties. We like to respect our neighbours and noise can carry in country areas.

This area operates under Fire Danger Restrictions which operate approximately between December to May (dates are set per year). During this time, the fire pit will be unavailable due to safety reasons. For further information, please contact us.
