Getting ready for your stay at GlamVan Camping
To ensure you enjoy your stay, I’ve provided some of the key information for your booking in case you have any questions before you arrive.
The entrance to GlamVan Camping is located 300 metres up the road from the farm address: 501 Winfields Rd, Laharum VIC 3401

Check out – before 11 am
The day before your check-in, you will receive a text message with the access code to grab your keys. The key access box is located on the door of the caravan.
When you are leaving, leave the keys in the door.

This WiFi operates off the Telstra network. Please note that it can be patchy in this area at times, particularly when more people are in the area over long weekends etc.
The following will be checked daily between 1 pm and 3 pm. If required, this can be scheduled to be done at a different time, just let me know via text.
Drinking water – There are 20 litres of drinking water available on site. If you run low before the daily top-up, please let me know.
Toilet – The toilet operates using a canister. The canister will be changed each day to ensure comfort during your stay. The canister is accessed from outside the caravan, so you are not required to be there when it is changed.
Generator – The fuel will be checked and filled as required.
Firewood* – Topped up as required.
*Please note that firewood is only available during fire permitted season (typically between May-December each year).
To help with anything you might need during your stay, there is a tablet with help videos in the caravan.
